Shipping policy

For all orders, deliveries shall be set by appointment. When an order is placed, please wait for the team at Chef Works Malta to get in touch via email or phone to schedule your delivery slot. Deliveries cost 10.00Euro for non bulky orders.

Deliveries and pick ups are always subject to availability and depend on the shop's opening hours. If the shop is closed or on shut down, orders will be fulfilled and sent out  for delivery / picked up on the first next open business day. 

If delivery is paid for and the courier fails to find the customer due to address error or unavailability, the delivery charge is non-refundable, and the items are returned to the shop. If the customer wants to run the delivery process again, an additional delivery charge is issued.
